Sando offered the first year of a mortgage free at the Barcelona Meeting Point

The company attended Barcelona’s major property event with a varies range of housing products in Catalonia.

Grupo Sando was represented by Sando Inmobiliaria, which had its own stand at the fair for the first time, at Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP). The company gave customers who bought or reserved a home during the event the first year of their mortgages free.

Sando Inmobiliaria presented its range of residential products for Catalonia in Barcelona: the Olesa Centre Building in Olesa de Montserrat, close to the famous mountain; Centre de la Vila in Premià de Dalt, with its innovative design and excellent views of the sea; the Mirador de Sant Joan in Sant Joan Despí, barely five minutes from the city of Barcelona; L’Illa Paulina, a development in Polinyà, in the Vallès Occidental region; and Blau Cel, a new development in Terrassa that features homes with large terraces and green areas.

It also offered the possibility at its stand of buying homes in the two promotions that it currently has in Warsaw: Sansara (Bemowo district) and Alanda (Mokotów area)

Sando Inmobiliaria is one of the country’s biggest property developers, present in Eastern Europe and currently undergoing a process of international expansion. It has delegations in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, Murcia, Seville and Valencia, as well as in Warsaw (Poland) and Budapest (Hungary), from which it coordinates its expansion across the rest of Europe.

The real estate division is on of the strongest branches of Grupo Sando. It has experienced significant growth over recent years, being responsible for over 20% of the group’s total turnover. It currently has 35 developments in Spain and abroad, counting residential, industrial and tertiary developments. Sando Inmobiliaria has a land portfolio of over 8 million square metres of land classified as buildable, in which it plans to build over 25,000 homes.

During 2006 Grupo Sando achieved a turnover of 759.5 million Euros. Expected turnover for 2007 is up again on this figure, forecast as high as 1 billion Euros. Grupo Sando, which is fully committed to the environment, quality and safety, is now one of the ten biggest constructor in Spain.
