04/04/06. Diario Málaga. SANDO PRESENTS A POWERFUL RANGE OF PROPERTY OPTIONS AT THE SIMA FAIR

Sando Inmobiliaria, the property development division of Grupo Sando, will be one of the main novelties of the SIMA fair in Madrid, which will be held between the 4th and 8th of April. The company will welcome visitors and explain their residential products, among the best and most varied range on the market, to them at a 500 m2 stand. Sando Inmobiliaria will be present for the first time at the Madrid fair at a very special point in its development, a time when its turnover has risen by 110% compared to last year. In absolute terms, turnover for 2005 was 102 million Euros.

The company currently holds a land portfolio of over 2.5 million square metres in buildable terms, distributed between Madrid, Andalucía, Murcia and Castilla-La Mancha. This will facilitate the continuation of the company’s extraordinary growth, a growth well illustrated by the number of homes that work started on, 181 in 2004 and as many as 534 in 2005, rising to over one thousand for 2006, of which five hundred will be erected in Madrid.
The company’s presence at SIMA coincides with Sando’s new international profile, which in 2005 constituted its new subsidiary Sando Inmobiliaria Polska.
